Looking for a relaxing family getaway? Hilton Head Island was named one of the top ten family beaches in the country. Our condo, located in the Hilton Head Cabanas complex, is short walking distance to the beach, Coligny Plaza, bike paths and Sea Pines, the original development of the island. Coligny Plaza has restaurants, Piggly Wiggly grocery store, drug store, Art Café paint pottery, hardware store, boutiques, Shell shop, Mineral store and more.
When you are not frolicking on the beach, you can relax in our recently updated private community pool (including a "kiddie" pool for the little ones). Other amenities include a private patio area for outside dining by the pool, a community courtyard, and a laundry facility.

Crack open your favorite beach read, watch tv, or entertain in the living room. Open to the dining area, there is plenty of room for puzzles, games, or catching an afternoon nap. The tiled floor and beach-themed decor enhance your vacation experience.
The sofa folds out to a double bed when you need extra sleeping space. A half bath is conveniently located on the first floor, as well.

No need to spend your vacation finding restaurants!
Serve up your favorite shrimp boil or munch on a turkey sandwich right in the condo . The dining area opens to the kitchen and has a table with seating for four.
The kitchen offers a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher and refrigerator.
Sleeping...
Both bedrooms are privately located in the carpeted upstairs. The master bedroom features a queen size bed. The two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
With the addition of the sofa bed downstairs, the condominium can sleep 6 people comfortably.
